Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Product configuration: This policy gives a studio-wide baseline. The services described below depend on the configuration, features, providers, and consent flow of each product. The presence of an SDK API alone does not confirm that data is collected or transmitted.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Wrist & Pocket Studio handles data in our games, applications, and website. Products can differ in their features, providers, storage, audiences, and notices. A product-specific notice or store disclosure adds to this baseline and controls details for that product.

2. Studio-wide baseline

Depending on a product's configuration, we may process limited technical, usage, support, or security information needed to operate and maintain that product. The exact data, purpose, retention, and provider are product-specific; examples in this policy are not a promise that every product collects the same information.

We do not use this page to claim universal anonymity, universal deletion, or one consent flow for every product. Please use the in-app and store disclosures for the product you use.

3. GRIDBREAK data and consent

In the configured GRIDBREAK release path, the game does not require an account. Before its Analytics provider can receive Product events, the game presents an explicit choice: Allow Analytics or Play Without Analytics. Refusing does not block gameplay, and you can change the choice in Settings.

After opt-in, the configured GRIDBREAK Product path may send technical session and attempt identifiers, event time, active gameplay time, app/build and SDK version information, route steps, bounded gameplay progress, selected milestones, save schema/revision correlation, and allowlisted save-error information to Unity Analytics. It does not intentionally send your name, email address, precise location, contacts, microphone or camera content, or raw local save/world data.

The configured path is intended not to send these Product Analytics events before a choice or after refusal/revocation. The released product's actual configuration and notices control what applies. Local saves are independent of Analytics consent.

Other configured product paths, including Pocket Game, Dish of Chaos, and Cyberpunk 3D, may use the same explicit choice before a provider receives Product events. Depending on the product, those events may contain route steps, bounded gameplay progress, run results, or aggregate benchmark measurements such as frame-rate, memory, and battery summaries. Product event fields are designed not to include names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, microphone or camera content, raw save/world data, or device model identifiers. Exact fields and provider availability remain product- and release-specific.

4. Service providers

When enabled for a product, Unity Analytics may be used as its configured Analytics provider after you opt in. Unity may process data under its own terms. Learn more in the Unity Privacy Policy.

Our applications may also be distributed through Google Play, which may process store, installation, device, and diagnostic data under the Google Privacy Policy. Platform processing is separate from the GRIDBREAK Product event fields described above and may vary by product and platform.

5. How we use data

For a particular product, we use data for the purposes described in its configuration and notices, such as operating features, support, security, reliability, or understanding usage. For configured products, opted-in Analytics data may be used to understand sessions, route progression, bounded gameplay progress, run outcomes, benchmark summaries, compatibility, and stability. These Product Analytics paths are not used for advertising or to sell personal data.

6. Storage, sharing, and deletion

Storage and account features vary by product. In GRIDBREAK, saves are local to the supported device or browser storage and independent of Analytics consent. GRIDBREAK does not create an account for saving, provide cloud saves, or provide cross-device save transfer.

Provider retention periods, regions, exports, backups, and deletion completion depend on the configured service and account. When you disable Analytics in Settings in a configured product, future Product Analytics event collection stops; a later explicit opt-in may resume collection. Withdrawing consent in the app does not automatically delete previously transmitted data, and aggregated or anonymized data may not be individually deletable.

You can request review or deletion of data associated with our applications at wristandpocket.studio@gmail.com. Include the app name and relevant details that may help us locate the data. We may need additional information to verify or process the request.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the data we process. Online services cannot guarantee complete security, and this policy does not promise a particular security or deletion result from a third-party provider.

8. Website

Our website stores your selected language in this browser and does not currently load a separate website analytics counter. Hosting or security systems may receive basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, and request time. This website statement does not describe Product telemetry. If we add website analytics, cookies, forms, or newsletters for new purposes, we will update this policy before using them for those purposes.

9. Children and families

Product audiences and store classifications can differ. This policy does not set a universal age rating or make every product child-directed. If a product becomes child-directed or joins a family program, we will review and update that product, this policy, and the relevant store disclosures before release.
